Learning for life
at Miniland SEN School
We offer personalised learning programmes in a therapeutic farm environment, supporting children to rediscover their love of learning and develop essential life skills through our primary school and alternative provision

							Head's Welcome
I am delighted to share the wonderful news that Miniland Farm has achieved Independent School status, approved by Ofsted and the Department of Education, to open as a small SEN primary provision. We are committed to providing an inclusive, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people with diverse learning needs. We aim to prepare our young learners not only for academic achievement but also for independence, confidence, and success in life beyond school.
We are now taking consultations for school year groups 3-6, with small class sizes of 4-6 students.
For further information please contact rebecca@minilandfarm.com.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming our first students and their families.

Welcome to Miniland Farm

We're more than just a farm
Situated on the outskirts of Liphook surrounded by ancient woodland, Miniland Farm is more than just a farm. When you walk through our gates you will discover a world of possibilities.

							Unique learning style
We provide an ambitious, challenging and personalised curriculum in response to our students’ diverse learning needs. We help them overcome barriers to learning, celebrate success in all aspects of their lives and ensure the best possible outcomes. We are experts in assessing social and emotional skills using our own finely graduated assessment tool and the targeted teaching of the essential skills that this system allows.

							Safe positive environment
Every child receives a warm welcome and is supported to feel a sense of safety and belonging in our kind, positive environment.

							Our therapeutic approach
At Miniland Farm we offer a nationally recognised unique programme of assessing and teaching emotional literacy. We understand the impact of trauma on young people and our staff are experienced in trauma informed practices. We help students identify skills, regain confidence in their own abilities, build self-esteem and resilience while reigniting enjoyment in learning again.

Learn with us and our animals
Learning at Miniland Farm is fun and enjoyable. One of the things that makes us unique is our large community of friendly animals including sheep, pygmy goats, rare breed chickens, falabella horses, donkeys, cooney-cooney pigs, runner-ducks, rabbits, guineapigs and much more. We offer many different classes with our experienced team of animal experts.
